Our 2-step Growing Method

Due to a clever design, the space in the propagation area and in the greenhouse are used as efficiently as possible. Usable for either vertical propagation as well as propagation in a climate room.

How It Works

Germination and Propagation

The Propagation Tray is used for sowing, germination and propagation on a higher density (630/m²).

The Propagation and Germination phase of the crop will take place in a propagation room (either vertical or horizontal) and with or without LED lights.

Transplanting

When the young plants are ready, they will be transplanted from the Propagation Tray into the Floating Raft for the cultivation phase on lower density.

Our straightforward concept only requires transplanting once. By keeping it simple and eliminating all unnecessary complex procedures, our Growing System & Method can easily be used by virtually anyone, anywhere in the world.

Cultivation

The Floating Raft is mainly used for the cultivation of leafy greens and herbs on a lower density (22/m²).

The Cultivation phase will usually take place on ponds in the greenhouse with natural light and when desired, LED lights as well.

The Floating Raft is made of food-safe High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). This High-quality smooth plastic is easy to keep clean.

Harvesting and Processing

After harvesting the fresh fully grown crops from the Floating Raft, they're ready for the processing factory or fresh market.
